The care and the attention dedicated to each step of the manufacturing process results in products of a particular added-value, combining design needs and the needs of production.

The first step of any project is the study of all the technical and aesthetic features, which the thermoplastic part must have.

At this stage TG Stampi designers closely collaborate with the Client to verify and examine all the issues that may arise in the later stages starting from the mould manufacture to its use as a thermoplastic part.

This approach allows to foresee and solve the critical aspects at the design stage, in order to obtain a faultless manufactured part.

The company is able to produce moulds for special multi-component or thermoplastic parts manufactured using gas technology.
