Co-Design

TG Stampi believes that an excellent project is the result of two key preliminary stages done in collaboration with their designers and Client: co-design and simulation.

In both phases co-operation with the Client is fundamental to identify and share immediately  eventual critical points of the project and propose alternative solutions through a careful analysis of the structural and dynamic die casting processes and thermic circuits of the mould.

In fact, the factors of filling analysis and of the dynamics of temperatures throughout the mould, allow to predict, what might be the optimal conditions for generating a perfect die casting part, thus achieving optimal operational efficiency in the use of the die casting processes on the press.
