TG Stampi  S.r.l.  has been working for over 15 years in the market of designing and manufacturing moulds. The Company is managed by four highly skilled partners with vast experience in each functional area of the business.

Right from the beginning, the concept of both technological and process innovation has been the hallmark of the Company, which today is a landmark in designing and manufacturing moulds for die casting presses up to 2.500 tons to realize die casting parts in aluminum or magnesium alloys, such as gear boxes, power steering pumps and high-pressure hydraulic pumps or other components relating to the automotive, lighting, furniture and medical sectors.

Over the years the Company has also acquired in depth experience in manufacturing moulds for thermoplastic technology, to produce design elements with high level of precision and esthetic accuracy, which are used for furniture, lighting and medical applications.

The production processes have reached a high level of automation and today the company can boast fully integrated production and design management systems, which allow us to control all the processes in a timely manner, to meet delivery times and eliminate errors due to manual interventions.

Specific investments aimed at increasing innovation, such as the adoption of MAGMA, a software platform used to study the filling fluid-dynamics  processes, has allowed  to find adequate solutions  for any  issue raised by Clients.

The mould designing process is based on close technical co-operation between the Company and the Client to manufacture a high-quality product.

The originality of the solutions adopted and the quality of product, come from the ability to “listen to” the Clients together with the passion that the members and all the specialists of TG Stampi devote to their work  and hence allows us to retain   these highly  valued Clients.
