Refurbishing

Refurbishing services for mould produced by Third Parties.

Thanks to its long experience in the design, manufacture and maintenance of moulds, TG Stampi  S.r.l., is able to carry out a rapid feasibility study,  also in the absence of project documentation (drawings and mathematical models) and issue a quotation for a refurbishing intervention (and major maintenance), also for moulds produced by other Companies.

The feasibility study identifies the most appropriate interventions, through fine craftsmen activities, to bring the mould to the level of efficiency and in compliance with native geometry, as requested by the Client.

Recurring tasks included in the service of maintenance and refurbishing are:

-  Mould disassembling and of all its basic parts.
-  Mould size checking  and  distance/spacing, profiles and insert surfaces control.
-  Steel surface cleaning, by means of sanding and degreasing processes.
-  Re-design and manufacture of all damaged parts or parts at risk of breaking.
-  Hydraulic circuit leak testing and temperature control circuit testing (Pre-heating and Cooling systems) and substitution of broken components.
-  Mould assembly.
-  Setting up of mould testing press and final test.
