Assembly & adjustament

The Department is equipped with adjusting and mounting grinding machines, polishing equipment and,  a mould testing  press which allows you to run the opening and closing test to check the ” tightness ” and check the proper functioning of all its parts in motion.

Within this Department is used the equipment, tools and procedure as follow:

•  Mould Testing machinery 100 ton, work-piece 1.600 x 1.000.
•  Various  equipment for machining.
•  Polishing tools and machinery.
•  Functional customized testing procedures on the entire assembled parts such as hydraulic circuits and mould pre-heating /cooling systems.
