Simulation

For many years now, TG Stampi  has given greater importance to the strategy to enhance, at the design stage, the simulation of die casting conditions through the analysis of the dynamics of the mould filling  and of its thermic behavior, to provide the Client with a product that optimizes the die casting process.

This know-how results in an optimal setting of the sprues and the temperature control circuits inside the mould . The resulting benefits are a significant reduction in time of the die casting cycle as well as reduced production costs and defective parts.

The simulations are done ​​in house directly by TG Stampi using the MAGMA platform, conditions that allow, in a short time, to find the ideal solution to design the mould.
