Temperature analysis

The Dynamic Temperature Analysis is done by  TG Stampi’s  own internal specialists , using a specific model of the Magma platform.

Using this, they can highlight the distribution of temperatures in all parts of the mould in order to calculate the varied  cooling rates but consistent with the profile of the mould matrix  and with the filling  analysis done ​​previously .

The application of this model allows to evaluate the trend of temperatures, even on the basis of multiple cycles of die-casting process , resulting  factors for designing the channels of thermoregulation in order to minimize the inter- dendritic spaces due to die-casting pressure and cooling processes of the alloy in the mould.

Even in this case, the analytical approach to the definition of the dynamics of the temperatures allows to establish already at the design stage , the ideal conditions for an optimal die –casting process .
